The PAMAS AS Autosampler is used for the oil
contamination analysis via batch sampling. With this fully automated system,
several hundred samples per day may be analysed.
There are two sampler systems available:
Tray sampler with tray for a certain quantity of sample containers: An X-Y
coordination system will grab the sample fluid out of each sample container
and measure its particle content.
Conveyor sampler with conveying belt: the sample is automatically fed
through the system. During operation, the conveying belt and the tray may be
recharged to ensure an uninterrupted sampling and continuous measurements.
Volumetric particle sensor PAMAS HCB-LD-50/50:
nominal flow rate: 25 ml/min
maximum particle concentration: 24.000 p/ml at a coincidence rate of 7.8%
calibration according to ISO 11171 or ISO 4402 (optional)
Application:
Contamination analysis of a continuously high number of oil samples.
